What is Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a state of mind which allows direct access to the subconscious mind.
It’s a pleasant method, creating a tranquil and relaxed state of mind and body.
A state of mind where you’re still conscious and observant, but which nonetheless allows unrestricted access to the subconscious.
Through that state of mind, called Hypnosis, it’s possible to make the subconscious mind transform unwanted mental images, emotions, and convictions into something more positive.
This way you can for instance change the conviction that you are a smoker, to the conviction that you are a NON-Smoker
You see, the subconscious mind forms the core of all our behaviours, emotions, and physical appearance.
It contains all the information we base our thinking, feeling, reasoning, and the way our body presents itself on.
The programming of the subconscious mind takes place throughout our lives and is primarily meant to protect the body and the mind.
Experiences and observations are interpreted and stored.
Our functioning is based on this.
In our daily lives, adjusting that programmed reality is a slow and difficult process.
Direct access to the subconscious mind is a blessing.
It saves us from a drawn-out process of consciously persisting and suffering, culminating eventually in inexorable failure.
You see, while raw persistence can sometimes help you achieve short-term goals, it’s often not enough to attain long-term objectives.
Deep in the back of your mind there will always be that little voice urging you to grab another cigarette, telling you to have that extra biscuit, convincing you you’ll never be good enough no matter how hard you try.
This little voice originates from your subconscious mind.
It’s that dogged negative self-image, conviction, or emotion expressing itself.
Through Hypnosis you can change this, creating a supportive, powerful, and energetic movement towards the goal you’re looking to achieve.
We can compare this to a computer. The hard drive is your subconscious mind.
It stores and contains data about yourself.
It determines the way you function.
It’s basically a program running in the background.
By changing part of the way the drive is programmed, you can change the device’s behaviour.
Hypnosis allows direct access to your own hard drive, to the subconscious mind.
To achieve this, you have to remove the conscious mind from the equation.
That way, you create a direct connection to the subconscious mind.
We call that Hypnosis.
You can compare it to an operation.
You’re given local or complete anaesthetics, the operation is carried out, and the problem’s solved by the time you wake up again.
In fact, we’re in a state of Hypnosis more often than we think.
Examples include staring into a fire, being absorbed by a book, or driving your car in ‘auto-pilot’ mode.
Two things are important in undergoing Hypnosis:
A strong, genuine desire to change something in your life through Hypnosis.
And trust in the person who’ll help you achieve that, your Hypnosis expert.
I use Power-Hypnosis and the ‘Swan’.
These are safe, reliable, and pain-free techniques.
They’ll ensure the end of your conflict in a tender way.
As opposed to other forms of therapy where a lot of pain and distress is brought to surface.
It’s as if you’re choosing comfortable travel in Business Class over Economy.
These methods can also be very fast.
Often, a single session is enough to solve a well-described issue.
Multiple sessions may be needed when there are additional underlying problems.
However, compared to Hypnosis-therapy and Psychotherapy, it’s incredibly fast.
And be honest – who really wants to spend courage, time, and money to work on a problem for 10 to 20 sessions, weeks or months on end.
Through Hypnosis, you’ll be on a new and impactful path towards your goal and you will achieve that goal without needless effort before you know it.
Hypnosis: ’You’ll have achieved it before you know it!’’
